1. About the Wichita Arts Council

Confirm that you have the right to submit the content
Grant the Arts Council a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and publish the content for programmatic, promotional, or administrative purposes related to the organization
The Arts Council does not guarantee that submitted content will be published and reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content at its discretion.
5. Grant Applications
Submitting a grant application does not guarantee funding. All applications are subject to eligibility requirements, review processes, and funding availability as determined by the Arts Council and its partners.
Decisions regarding grants are final.
6. Donations
Donations made through the website are processed by third-party payment providers. The Arts Council does not store payment card information.
Donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.
