The Wichita Arts Council does not store or process payment card information directly.

d. Grant Applications

Grant application forms may collect:

• Applicant identity and contact information
• Artistic discipline, biography, and professional background
• Narrative responses regarding proposed projects and impact
• Requested funding amount and intended use of funds
• File uploads including work samples, résumés or CVs, and supporting documents

Providing demographic information is voluntary and is requested for reporting purposes in alignment with funder requirements.
